How do you remember your high school sweetheart or first love? Your customer buys a dream when they make a deal with you they think they know what they will get but almost always there is a lot of noise and less signal and when you put the final product in front of them if you’re lucky they will say they like it but secretly disappointed however practically satisfied (and that is IF you got the product right!).
